How we collect, use, store and protect data from the trip-brief builder, budget estimator and contact form.
2. Data We Collect
Trip brief: name, email, phone, dates, destination, party size, preferences. Budget estimator: budget range, currency, category. Contact form: name, email, message. Technical data via cookies only with prior consent.
3. Purposes and Lawful Basis
To prepare briefs, calculate estimates, answer enquiries and secure the service. Bases: consent, pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest. Consent is withdrawable at any time.
4. Storage, Retention and Protection
Encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, confidentiality. Enquiries 24 months; briefs 12 months; consent records 3 years; logs 6 months. Then deleted or anonymised.
5. Cookies
Necessary cookies run the site. Analytics and marketing cookies require prior informed consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020 'On Electronic Communications', Article 114.
6. Sharing
